Hexonia GmbH is a manufacturer of combat clothing and ballistic protective equipment for modern soldiers and security forces. Our speciality is the development of holistic clothing systems, from underwear to combat jackets: the innovative production of each individual layer of clothing and their precise coordination with each other ensure the highest level of protection, functionality and wearing comfort.

Our underwear and skin-tight combat shirts are particularly distinguished by their almost seamless manufacture using the seamless process, which avoids friction and pressure points on the body. We offer underwear with different levels of heat and cold protection, flame retardancy up to ballistic underwear for protection against splinters and fragments.

At Hexonia, we focus on progress: In our in-house laboratory, our engineers and product specialists research technical developments and new designs to meet our customers’ requirements. With comprehensive internal quality assurance, we ensure that every single product meets the highest quality criteria.

In addition to clothing systems, Hexonia’s product portfolio includes protective equipment as protection against cutting or shooting weapons as well as splinter protection, head protection systems such as helmets or partial head and face protection, bags, accessories such as belts and braces, and simulation systems.

Most of our production takes place at our company headquarters in Nettetal, North Rhine-Westphalia. In our production halls, we have state-of-the-art machines for processing and finishing textiles as well as for manufacturing modern head protection systems. The know-how and commitment of our approximately 250 employees always ensure precision, innovation and reliability.

Founded in 2005, Hexonia has extensive experience and expertise as a manufacturer of combat and protective equipment. Since 2022, the company has been part of the Norwegian NFM Group and can thus draw on further expertise and synergies.
